Compliance Analyst, Finance & Banking

Join our Compliance team in Manhattan as a Compliance Analyst! The Compliance Department acts as the internal quality control for the Bank, ensuring that employees follow all regulations and policies for the benefits of the Bank and its clients. As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing regulatory compliance duties under the direct supervision of the Compliance Officer, to assist in the development and maintenance of a strong professional compliance program and to ensure that all banking rules, regulations, and statutory requirements are met.

We’re looking for someone who has general knowledge and understanding of lending, banking, operations and compliance functions and displays strong project management skills. Integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity are also important. People with good decision making, analytical and investigative abilities and strives to continuously develop their knowledge of compliance regulations and their application to the Bank will do well in this position.
