Overview
KS State Bank’s internal Compliance Department serves as the quality control unit ensuring that employees follow all regulations and policies for the benefit of the Bank and its clients.
Responsibilities- Perform regulatory compliance duties under the direct supervision of the Compliance Officer.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of a strong professional compliance program.
- Ensure that all banking rules, regulations, and statutory requirements are met.
- General knowledge and understanding of lending, banking, operations and compliance functions.
- Strong project management skills with good decision making, analytical and investigative abilities.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and objectivity are important.
- Wages start $19 to $21 per hour.
