About the RolePosition at assistant, associate or full professor rank on tenure or clinical track. Provide multi-species clinical anesthesia, teach veterinary students, interns, residents, and graduate students, and pursue scholarly activity aligned with rank/track. Collaborate across perioperative, critical care, surgical services, and specialty services. Expected contributions to quality improvement, patient safety, and institutional service.
Responsibilities- Provide multi-species clinical anesthesia.
- Teach veterinary students, interns, residents, and graduate students.
- Pursue scholarly activity aligned with rank/track.
- Collaborate across perioperative, critical care, surgical, and specialty services.
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, and institutional service.
- DVM or equivalent degree.
- Residency training in veterinary anesthesia (or eligibility for ACVAA exam preparation).
- Demonstrated excellence in clinical service, patient care, and clinical instruction (associate professor level).
- Residency training in veterinary anesthesia.
- Ability to pursue scholarly and teaching excellence.
Position is on‑site. Employees must reside in the United States. No remote or hybrid work options are available for Idaho residents.
