Position: Clinical Operations Manager (Reproductive Health)

Our client is a rapidly growing fertility and reproductive health practice with multiple locations across Manhattan. Having expanded from a small team during the pandemic to ā 70 employees today, they are now seeking a seasoned healthcare operations leader to help scale their clinical infrastructure and support their continued growth. They are expanding their locations and footprint.

This is a hands‑on leadership role within a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment where efficiency, initiative, and adaptability are highly valued. The organization prides itself on a friendly, flexible, and performance‑oriented culture that prioritizes getting things done without unnecessary bureaucracy.

About the Role

The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee all day‑to‑day clinical functions across the practice’s Manhattan locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this individual will be responsible for ensuring efficient patient flow, maintaining compliance with healthcare standards, supporting clinical staff, and implementing the leadership’s strategic vision.

Key priorities will include streamlining operations across multiple offices, improving communication systems for staff and patients, and optimizing their communications infrastructure. This role will be responsible for establishing clear protocols across all locations, achieving higher patient satisfaction rates, and driving stronger staff engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinical operations across all locations, including patient flow, clinical workflows, and staff coordination
  • Lead, supervise, and support medical assistants and nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and professional team environment
  • Manage clinical schedules, staffing assignments, and resource allocation to ensure smooth daily functioning
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, safety protocols, Quad A, and JCAHO‑like accreditation standards
  • Maintain responsibility for daily compliance tasks (logs, forms, safety checklists) and long‑term inspection readiness
  • Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Coordinate closely with medical providers to optimize service delivery and clinical operations
  • Oversee medical supply management including ordering, inventory tracking, vendor relations, and cost management
  • Lead onboarding, training, and continuing education for clinical staff
  • Execute strategic and operational initiatives as set forth by the CEO
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who is efficient, proactive, and possesses solid executive‑level knowledge of the healthcare industry. The right candidate will be a strong leader who can guide teams effectively without being overly prescriptive—someone who can adapt to a dynamic environment where decisions are made quickly and results matter.
