Daily Responsibilities- Manage and supervise optical staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide exceptional patient care and assist with eye care services
- Handle general repairs and merchandising of eyewear products
- Utilize administrative skills to manage payroll and inventory
- Develop and implement policies to enhance the patient experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in optometry or healthcare field
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage inventory and conduct research
- Excellent sales and staff supervision abilities
- Experience in employee development
- Knowledge of policy development
- Experience in driving for work‑related purposes
