Enterprise Systems Analyst

About This Role

The IT Analyst will provide administration and end-user support for enterprise SaaS solutions, including Airtable, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Team Dynamix. As part of the Business Systems team, you'll work in a highly collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and timely solutions for our campus users.

We're seeking candidates who thrive in complexity, work well across teams, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities. This is a hands-on technical role where you'll take initiative in diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and delivering results. A strong desire to learn, research, and apply modern technologies is essential.

This position is On-site.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following:
  Airtable, Microsoft 365 tools (i.e. Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Power Automate), CRM, ITSM applications, or other enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections.
• Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments.
