Enterprise Systems Analyst

About This Role

The IT Analyst will provide administration and end-user support for enterprise SaaS solutions, including Laserfiche, procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, and other financial and content management platforms. As part of the Financial and Digital Solutions team, you'll work in a highly collaborative environment that values creativity, innovation, and timely solutions for our campus users.

This position is Hybrid eligible. This position is on-site with the potential to be hybrid in the future. Additional details about hybrid work will be discussed during interviews.

All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in technical or business-related discipline.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Five or more years of relevant experience administrating and supporting some combination of the following:
  Laserfiche, procure-to-pay (P2P) systems, or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge and understanding of integration tools and processes, including relational databases and database connections.
• Understanding of enterprise-wide systems with ability to design and support solutions for growth and scalability across multiple business functions and departments.
