The Sanitation team is responsible for performing the proper cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and production areas of the facility.

• Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, production areas, packaging equipment, warehouse and food ingredients receiving and shipping areas to proper protocols and specifications meeting food safety requirements
• Inspects, promotes, and maintains adherence to food safety cleanliness in the handling of product, ingredients, and finished goods using proper work procedures and compliance with Food Safety Standards
• Keeps neat, accurate records of all work performed daily
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Follow all required work safe practices, wear all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, etc.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight spaces.
• The employee must be capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.

• Organized & high level of attention to detail
• High School diploma or GED required
• Mechanically inclined
• Willingness to learn, train, and expand skillset
• Actively participate in all training offered within the company
• Regular, reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned
