Florence Corporation, the nation's leading manufacturer in quality mailboxes, is hiring Manufacturing Production Team Members for 1st and 2nd shift. Manufacturing, production or warehouse experience is helpful; however, we provide hands‑on training. Manufacturing Team Members perform a variety of jobs to assemble, fabricate, and build components used to make multi‑unit mailboxes.

• 1st shift: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are voluntary or mandatory, typically 6–8 hours.
• 2nd shift: 3:30 pm to 2:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Fridays are voluntary or mandatory, typically 6–8 hours.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
• Punctuality and good attendance.
• Ability to stand, lift, walk, and bend for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work well with others in a hands‑on physical work environment.
• Ability to learn product specifications to ensure product quality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Ability to learn new positions, become cross‑trained, and rotate jobs.
• The ability to understand quality requirements to ensure customer satisfaction of products.
• Ability to maintain assembly line pace and work with a sense of urgency when needed.
• Able to effectively operate drills, screw guns, rivet guns, wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, hammers, grinders, cut‑off tool, electric power lifts, manual pallet jacks, tape dispensers.
• Other duties as assigned.
