Processing Specialist

• Responsible for ensuring superior quality by meeting deadlines for scheduled production runs, ensuring adequate raw materials, and maintaining working processing equipment.
• Maintain data logs of recipes/ingredients and sanitation logs.
• Work closely with management to keep processing consistent and meet coffee production goals.
• Ensure production produces high‑quality products on time and on budget.

• Regular worksite attendance.
• General upkeep and routine inspections of equipment.
• Maintain product quality and enforce occupational health and safety standards.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and conduct additional duties as required.

• 5+ years of food‑safety related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive improvements.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate issues promptly.
• Expert attention to detail.

• Lifting up to 10 lbs constantly, 11‑50 lbs constantly, and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Carrying up to 10 lbs constantly, 11‑50 lbs constantly, and over 50 lbs occasionally.
• Reach above, at, and below shoulder height constantly.
• Pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, crouching, climbing and balancing may also be required frequently.
