You will operate the dish machine, scrape and rinse, wash and sanitize, and ensure proper storage of cleaned items.
Work closely with BOH and FOH teams in a fast-paced setting, following safety procedures for chemicals, managing waste, mopping, and assisting with side tasks as directed.
