Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually. Your focus will be on enhancing the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones
• Operate the register, process transactions, and promote additional services like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Assist with planogram updates and merchandising
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Leader

• Previous retail experience, especially if you're passionate about music and pop culture
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds
