The Retail Sales Associate contributes to a party-like atmosphere where customers are treated like invited guests. This position creates a genuine customer relationship, resulting in Raving Fans that feel a connection to Rally House stores and people. This position assists in all aspects of hosting the Rally house party, from opening and closing procedures, maintaining a thorough, up to date knowledge of products and ensuring that products are merchandised in a visually appealing way to meet standards.

This position contributes to the store and team in a productive manner through thorough completion of responsibilities as assigned by their store leaders.
