Join Signify Health as a Part‑Time Physician providing in‑home health evaluations in Manhattan and surrounding areas.

$150.00 /hr

• Conduct in‑home evaluations lasting approximately 45 minutes, including medication and medical history review, physical exam, and any diagnostic tests ordered by the patient’s health plan.
• Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow to record findings.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry, diabetic eye exams, and other examinations as ordered.
• Travel locally within licensed states as required; conduct virtual visits when needed.
• Build trust with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable asking health questions.

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s).
• Preferred multi‑state licenses.
• Ability to perform duties in diverse home environments.

Primary workplace is the private residence of health plan members. Candidates must safely perform duties in homes that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or allergens.
