Pro Stat Workforce is seeking a reliable Certified Nursing Assistant for an ongoing evening assignment with an established retirement community in Lancaster County, PA.
This is a strong fit if you want consistent hours - about 40 hours a week on evenings - over the next 3 months with the chance to lock a longer block in 2027 (including holiday and every-other-week scheduling).
Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care on the evening shift
- Assist with ADLs, mobility, and daily living needs
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Support medication pass and care plans as directed by nursing
- Document care accurately and communicate with the care team
- Current CPR preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to work evenings
- Dependable attendance for a consistent evening block
- Long-term care, personal care, or skilled nursing experience a plus
- $20-24/hour
- Weekly direct deposit
- Holiday pay at time-and-a-half
- Consistent evening hours with longer-block opportunity
