• Identify and establish new relationships with clients new to Speedwell (preferably in the healthcare industry), nurturing these connections to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate in developing a Customer Relationship Management system to ensure high-quality maintenance of all relationships.
• Guide customers through the design and estimating process, offering expert advice and support at every stage.
• Foster ongoing communication with clients, reaching out periodically throughout the project lifecycle. Nurture these relationships beyond project completion, ensuring clients choose Speedwell for future endeavors and confidently recommend our company to their network.
• Address questions or concerns during the warranty process, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Actively engage in strategic community organizations to enhance personal and company exposure and position Speedwell as a trusted industry leader.
• Coordinate with field staff to relay assignment details and compile a weekly report on manpower for distribution.
• Understand and adhere to our company's vision, mission, values, and brand.
