- Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature, Translation and Interpreting, or a related field,
- Experience working with children, young learners, and/or adults,
- Ability to plan and deliver lessons focusing on Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing skills,
- Ability to monitor and evaluate student progress,
- Strong classroom management and communication skills,
- Ability to effectively use educational technologies and digital learning materials,
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills,
- Dynamic, friendly, and student-oriented personality,
- Ability to adapt to the institution’s culture, educational approach, and quality standards.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or similar teaching certifications are an advantage. Experience in IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge exam preparation, Corporate English, or online teaching is also preferred
- Based in Manisa, Turkey.
- Plan and deliver English lessons according to students’ language levels and learning needs,
- Develop students’ four core language skills through group and one-to-one lessons,
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback,
- Effectively use course materials, digital resources, and educational technologies,
- Deliver lessons in accordance with the institution’s educational approach and quality standards,
- Work with different age groups, including children and adults, and contribute to various educational programs.
