The Bosch Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) is your strategic gateway to becoming an expert in a world-class industrial environment.

Over 24 months, you will embark on a dynamic journey designed to transform you into a specialist.

Rotational Learning: You will complete four 6-month assignments across different stations (departments), working on project-based tasks.

Expert Mentorship: You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will guide your professional development and provide constructive feedback at the end of each rotation.

Development Program: Beyond on-the-job learning, you will engage in a continuous training curriculum tailored to enhance both your technical proficiency and leadership soft skills.

This program is specifically designed to prepare you for high-impact roles in Research & Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics areas.

What Distinguishes You:

• We are looking for high-potential individuals with a drive to learn and the ambition to build a long-term career as a specialist at Bosch.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical fields.
• Maximum 3 years of professional experience.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, analytical, self-motivated, and highly adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Availability to work in Manisa. Willingness to work abroad for a period (6 or more months).
