Engineer – R&D (Test & Verification)

Location:

Manisa, Türkiye.

• Participating in R&D projects for developing new products
• Evaluating designs, documents, standards, algorithms, and technologies
• Preparing corrective action plans according to test results
• Designing and commissioning test systems for washing machines
• Preparing test plans and test reports
• Following and learning, and developing related test standards
• Planning laboratory activities for product approvals

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of energy performance test standards (EN 60456, etc.)
• Knowledge of washing machine wash, spin, and dry algorithms
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Experience in project management
• Experience in laboratory management
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Understanding of customer and market needs
• Empathy and recognition of others’ emotions
• Flexibility and openness to new perspectives
• Strong teamwork and self‑initiative
• Effective communication and collaborative mindset
