Lead Engineer - R&D; Structural Design

We are looking for a passionate Lead Engineer – R&D (Structural Design) to join our Washing Machine Product Directorate in Manisa, Türkiye. The successful candidate will develop new parts and products focusing on sheet metal, plastic, and aesthetic components, from concept to production readiness.

• Realise new part/project/product implementation activities, mainly sheet metal, plastic, and aesthetic parts.
• Make conceptual designs and prototype responsible parts.
• Perform CAE Flex and Rigid analysis for the responsible parts.
• Conduct research for design and producibility of new parts.
• Follow industry trends and execute benchmark activities.
• Use analytical/statistical tools to manage problems.
• Lead cost improvement projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in part design, preferably cabinet, plastic, and aesthetic parts.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably NX (with strong modeling, surface, and assembly skills).
• Experience in development from idea to product, cost simulation analysis, and conceptual design.
• Knowledge of analysis tools, preferably Hyper Works, NX Advanced Simulation (Pre/Post).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Business mindset and ability to understand market and customer needs.
