Lead Engineer – R&D (Structural Design)

Location:

Manisa, Türkiye.

• Realise new part/project/product implementation activities, mainly sheet metal, plastic, and aesthetic parts.
• Make conceptual designs and prototyping for the responsible parts.
• Perform CAE Flex and Rigid analysis for the responsible parts.
• Conduct research for the design and producibility of new parts.
• Follow trends in the industry and realise benchmark activities.
• Use analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems.
• Make cost improvement projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in part design, preferably cabinet, plastic, and aesthetic parts.
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably NX, with good command in modelling, surface, assembly.
• Experience in development from idea to product, cost simulation analysis, and conceptual design.
• Knowledge of analysis tools, preferably Hyper Works, NX Advanced Simulation – Pre/Post.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English (German is a plus).
• Broad business thinking and understanding of market & customer needs.
