We are looking for a Production Engineer to join our Operations Department.
Job Description:- Participation from the earliest stages of creation, in the development teams of new company products,
- Development of equipment necessary for internal production processes in accordance with the principles of Lean Production,
- Standardization of internal production processes,
- Supervising the introduction of new products into production, guaranteeing quality, target costs, safety and initial training for new staff,
- Efficiency of company production processes.
- In alignment with global business strategy, implementation/developing of new processes
- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Experience of at least 5 years in manufacturing companies; familiar with electrical / leak testing and manual small series assembly processes
- Knowledge of problem solving and process quality techniques and methodologies (P-FMEA, etc)
- Good ability to plan and coordinate activities
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good knowledge of the Office package and 3D CAD systems
- Enthusiasm, humility, passion and work ethic complete the sought-after profile. Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP and ERP/CRM Programs
- Preferably have SAP key-user experience and organize other user’s trainings
- Proactive, dynamic, challenging team player with perfect communication skills
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Analytical, creative and strategic minded with good follow‑up ability,
- Customer oriented and able to take initiative
- Military service must be completed
- Driving license B
