Lead Engineer – R&D (Motor Drive) at Production & Technology Directorate
, located in Manisa, Türkiye
.

• Participate in R&D projects for developing new products.
• Develop, maintain, and improve washing machine control software and drive systems for washing machines.
• Create new algorithms from control data to build knowledge and use business insights to impact the washing machine business.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related areas.
• Master's Degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of electrical machines, especially PMSM.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electric motor design, power electronics, or embedded software development (preferably in household appliances).
• Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and system peripherals (ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, DMA).
• Knowledge of C programming and embedded systems.
• Experience using GIT as a revision control system.
• Knowledge of system modeling and control methodologies.
• Experience with simulation tools such as MATLAB and Simulink for control algorithms is a plus.
• Knowledge of mechanical system dynamics, such as oscillating and rotating systems, is a plus.
• Knowledge of analytical/statistical analysis tools to manage problems (FMEA, 6
  
  Sigma, etc.).
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and implementation in Python.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
