- Üniversitelerin Makine Mühendisliği bölümlerinden mezun,
- Üretim sektöründe 1-2 YIL deneyimli,
- İyi derecede İngilizce bilen yazılı ve sözlü görüşme yapabilen,
- MS Office programlarını bilen, iyi derecede kullanabilen,
- Siemens NX (CAD/CAM) programını kullanabilen,
- SAP ve VTS programını kullanabilen
- İmalat teknikleri, malzeme seçimi ve mekanik tasarım konularında bilgili,
- ISO 9001 (Kalite Yönetim Sistemi), ISO 14001 (Çevre Yönetim Sistemi) ve TS ISO 45001 İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Yönetim Sistemi, ISO 16949 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak,
- Yalın yönetim girdileri olan 5S, Kaizen, TPM, OEE, SMED, Polivalans gibi kavramlar hakkında bilgi ve/veya tecrübe sahibi olan,
- Takım çalışmasına yatkın ve öğrenme hedefi olan,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
