Engineer - R&D

Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineer – R&D (Structural Design) who will work for the Washing Machine Product Directorate
. The role is based in Manisa, Türkiye
.

• Realize new part/project/product implementation activities, primarily involving sheet metal, plastic, and aesthetic parts.
• Develop conceptual designs and prototypes for responsible parts.
• Perform CAE Flex and Rigid analysis for responsible parts.
• Conduct research on design and producibility of new parts.
• Follow industry trends and carry out benchmark activities.
• Use analytical and statistical analysis tools to manage problems.
• Lead cost improvement projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in part design, preferably cabinet, plastic, and aesthetic parts.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably NX (good command of modeling, surface, assembly).
• Experience in development from idea to product, including cost simulation analysis and conceptual design.
• Knowledge of analysis tools, preferably Hyper Works, NX Advanced Simulation (Pre/Post).
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
