• Create, standardize, and maintain procedures, processes, and workflows in accordance with:
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
• ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
• Sustainability Management System
• Conduct safety and environmental risk assessments and communicate findings to management and employees.
• Support sustainability initiatives through:
• Carbon footprint calculations
• Water footprint assessments
• Waste management monitoring
• Continuous improvement projects
• Manage and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to Health & Safety, Environment, and Sustainability across the Standard Profil Group.
• Participate in weekly and monthly management meetings.
• Prepare, implement, and maintain emergency response plans.
• Coordinate and manage Health & Safety and Environmental inspections within manufacturing facilities.
• Investigate occupational accidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure complete and accurate HSE documentation and reporting.
• Manage chemical safety processes and personal protective equipment (PPE) tracking.
• Lead ergonomics and workplace improvement projects.
• Coordinate workplace medical services and occupational health activities.

• Class A Occupational Health & Safety Specialist Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role.
• Automotive OEM experience is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Well organized with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
