Job Description
  • Perform daily operational tasks that include end user IT device installation, configuration, maintenance as well as monitoring performance, recovery scenarios and KPIs
  • Provide end-to-end local 1st/2nd Level IT support services for end user problems including desktop, laptop, peripherals, and workplace technologies in adherence to strict Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Manage IT inventory and storage by comprehensive stock tracking and proactive asset lifecycle management to support our dynamic tech environment
  • Act as the local IT specialist for workplace environments, unified communication solutions, and mobile devices, printers, contributing to design, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and enhance end-user experience by proactively identifying issues, detecting user knowledge gaps and delivering enabling sessions or user trainings
  • Collaborate closely with local and international stakeholders (e.g. Central IT, service partners) on rollouts, projects, service restorations and inventory lifecycle management.
  • Handling user issues/requests for authorizations, accounts, software, and solving IT problems in both office and production areas including support for industrial devices and their network connectivity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, information technologies, or a related field with a strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support Services, with knowledge of IT Service Management principles (e.g., ITIL).
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows 11 and practical IT hardware knowledge
  • Experience with network connectivity, communication protocols for industrial devices is a significant plus. (e.g. CCNA is a plus)
  • A collaborative team player motivated to self-learn and apply new knowledge
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
