Crystal Lake Clinic was established in 1992 as an independent, physician-owned private family practice. Over the last 30+ years, we have grown deep roots in the communities we serve and are proud to provide high value primary care for patients in our 11 clinics across 6 Northern Michigan counties. We currently have a unique opportunity for a family practice physician in our Manistee clinic location.

As a Crystal Lake Clinic physician, you would practice small town family medicine and enjoy four seasons of beauty and adventure just south of the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.

Work schedule:

32 hours per week, rotating on-call with 9 other physicians, one Saturday shift 9am-1pm every 1-2 months.

Full primary care support with RN Care manager, medical assistant and front office teams.
