We currently have a career opportunity at our Manitowoc branch for a Part‑Time (25 hours/week) Teller.

The Teller creates a positive first impression and establishes strong member relationships, processes member transactions, and assists members with account maintenance and problem resolution.

• Promoting and upholding the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values.
• Processing basic and advanced member transactions and account maintenance confidentially, accurately, and efficiently, and assisting members with problem resolution.
• Building member relationships by uncovering member needs, providing overall education, suggesting products and services, and directing members to other credit union representatives as appropriate.

• One to twelve months of similar or related experience is a plus.
• Previous cash handling or teller experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of credit union products and services is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible availability, including rotating Saturdays.
• Working knowledge of computers and ten‑key data entry skills required.

Ideal candidates will have flexible availability, which will include Saturdays, be passionate about member/customer service and thrive in a team and results oriented environment.

Branch hours:
Mon.–Fri. 8am‑5:30pm, Sat. 9am‑12pm.
