Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $200000 – 300000 / Year

• Lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership
• Maintain high quality of care with ethics and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Offer treatment planning options and discuss them with patients
• Provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
• Monitor budgets and work with Operations to meet financial objectives
• Mentor and coach new dentists and the dental team
• Stay current with dentistry through continued education and professional development
• Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school

Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists. The practices receive non-clinical business support services from Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental support organization.
