• Design wood trusses for roofs and floors using MiTek software.
• Work from blueprints, specifications, and structural drawings to create accurate and efficient truss layouts.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to ensure precision and timely delivery.
• Apply building code standards and best design practices in all projects.
• Support continuous improvement in design processes and workflow efficiency.

• Experience using MiTek software (required).
• Proven background in wood truss design (roof and/or floor systems).
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
