A facility near Manitowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a Family Practice Physician to serve as their Medical Director.
Salary: $253,000 and up, based on years of experience
Family Practice Physician Medical Director
- Full-time or part-time permanent role available
- Clinic operates Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling options
Family Practice Physician Medical Director
- Provide leadership in delivering high-quality ambulatory and primary care services, ensuring each patient receives comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
- Guide and support a multidisciplinary medical team, fostering collaboration and professional growth among clinical staff
- Establish and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and care standards to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Monitor and assess clinical performance through audits, data review, and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the highest standards of care
Family Practice Physician Medical Director Requirements:
- Must hold an active Wisconsin medical license (MD or DO)
- Board certification or eligibility in a Primary Care specialty
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, utilization review, and process improvement
