Family Medicine opening in Wisconsin - Located in Appleton, WI - Green Bay 30m - Full-time, permanent position

Job Details
1.0 FTE = 35 patient contact hours

The team structure involves working closely with 1-2 MA/LPNs for day- to-day workflow. There is support from a RN that provide triage support.

There is a focus on collaboration between the physicians & APPs to ensure that there is continuity of care for our patients.

Patient volume 15/30 and 20/40 or straight 40 sCan do virtual visit blocks (4 hour blocks) either at home or in the office

Primary Care strives for quality of care, prevention, & wellness for our patient population.

Primary Care clinic services include:

New patients

History and Physicals Procedures Follow -up care Acute care

Can do virtual visit blocks (4 hour blocks) either at home or in the office

About the Community There is a lot of collaboration between our clinic & surrounding colleges. There is opportunity to work with medical students at various levels of education. Great community ideally located on Lake Michigan, excellent school system, low crime rate, many outdoor activities. Water park, zoo, roller rink, ice rink great place to raise a family. Many festivals, activities, shops, entertainment.

The downtown is being revitalized and there is a lot going on. Within 1 hour of Milwaukee, Green Bay, Door County. Close to larger metropolitan areas.
