EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead environmental and safety programs across multiple manufacturing locations. This position ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a strong safety culture that protects our people, our facilities, and the environment.

• Manage and maintain compliance with EPA, OSHA, state, and local regulations (Air, Water, Waste, Stormwater, SPCC, TRI, etc.).
• Partner with external environmental consultants to prepare and submit required permits and regulatory reports

• Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste management
  , recycling, and disposal programs.
• Lead critical safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout, Crane/Hoist, Contractor Safety, DOT, and Hearing Conservation.
• Support incident investigations
  , root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Conduct environmental inspections, sampling, and internal audits
  .
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure compliance and engagement.
• Promote a proactive, positive safety culture at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and inspectors
  .

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene
  , or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
