Mechanical Engineer

Growing Manufacturing firm in Manotowocis seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and processes for our company.

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for various projects
• Conduct research and analysis to determine the feasibility, cost, and performance of new mechanical systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that project requirements are met and designs are optimized
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing and construction purposes
• Perform calculations and simulations to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the design and implementation process
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to continuously improve our processes and systems
• Conduct testing and evaluation of prototypes and final products to ensure quality and reliability
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and departments as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the design and implementation of mechanical systems

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and practices
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Experience with project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
  Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
