Join Froedtert Theda Cares growing Urology team as we expand access to care for patients in the Manitowoc and Sheboygan communitities. We are seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Clinician (NP/PA) to serve as the primary APC in our Urology Clinic in Manitowoc and Sheboygan, WI. Youll have dedicated support staff on site and seamless access to a highly collaborative regional Urology team.
What This Role Offers:
- Robust onboarding & training: A structured 6-month training period within our large Urology group at the Theda Care Clinic in Neenah, WI, which includes 7 Urologists and 8 APCs. This experience provides excellent mentorship, exposure to full-scope Urology care, and procedure training.
- Meaningful independence with strong support: After onboarding, you will transition full-time to our Manitowoc or Sheboygan clinic, where you will manage your own patient panel with remote access to Urologists and APC colleagues for questions or collaboration.
- Procedural skill development: Training and support to perform minor in-office Urology procedures (such as Cystoscopy, stent removal, etc.)
- Opportunity to shape local practice: Play a key role in strengthening Urology services for the Manitowoc and Sheboygan regions.
Who Were Looking For:
- Preferred:
Experienced NP/PA - Open to new graduates who have strong clinical rotations or experience in Urology or inpatient care and are eager to develop expertise in the specialty.
- Clinicians who value autonomy, teamwork, and high-quality patient care.
Location & Training Details:
- Permanent location:
Holy Family Memorial Hospital (Manitowoc) with outreach to North Taylor Clinic (Sheboygan) - Training site:
Theda Care Clinic - Neenah, WI (approximately 6 months)
Position Details:
- Full-time (36 patient contact hours)
- Call: 1 in 4
- 4 day work week
- Average patient visits/day: 18-22 patients
