OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Location:
Manitowoc, Wisconsin, at Froedtert Holy Family Memorial Hospital. This is an on-site position, requiring 1 weekend per month and 1 holiday per year.
FTE: . Shift: Shift 1.
Job SummaryEvaluate and treat occupational therapy patients in inpatient rehabilitation, following physician orders.
Responsibilities- Assess and treat referred patients.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress and outcomes.
- Educate patients and families.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required (or Bachelor’s degree if grandfathered).
- Licensed or eligible for license in Wisconsin required; must obtain license within 3 months of hire if eligible.
- CPR certification required.
- Preferred:
Two years occupational therapy experience.
