Caregiver​/RA​/Resident Assistant

Overview

Caregiver/RA/Resident Assistant for Shady Lane, Inc. campus. We provide quality care to residents needing rehab, home-like assisted living, and customized skilled nursing care. We are a non-profit community-based organization with a 5 Star CMS rating for annual health inspections, staffing ratios, and quality measures.

We are seeking full- and part-time Caregivers/RAs on the PM shift, with the option to work 4-hour shifts as a part-time employee. There is also an option for a 16/24 Status position (working 3 weekends per month) with an increased rate of pay.

Starting wages vary by shift and commitment, with additional differential opportunities and a sign-on bonus pending hours worked per pay period.

• Promote dignity and respect for residents and provide compassionate care while assisting with activities of daily living.
• Work in a team environment, practicing good communication and cooperation.

• Starting wage for Resident Assistants/Caregivers (RA) is $19+ per hour on First shift and $21+ per hour on 2nd/3rd shift for committing to 72-80 hours per pay period.
• Part-time wages start at $14+ per hour for First shift and $17+ per hour for 2nd/3rd shift.
• Additional $2 per hour for RAs who pass medication on their shift; option to take the CBRF Medication course.
• Sign-on bonus of $600 contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period.
