• At least 18 years old
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing quality care
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Availability every other weekend
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
• Prior caregiving experience is helpful but not required
• New to Caregiving? We’ll Train You — No experience? That’s okay. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing support so you’ll feel confident and prepared from your very first shift.
