Utility Flex - 2nd Shift

Position Summary

As a Utility, you will have flexible assignments based on daily need: shipping, plating and assembly.

• Setting up, operating and performing minor maintenance on the parts washing machine
• Adding chemicals and water to parts washer tanks to produce clean parts
• Setting up and operating Rack and Barrel Plating lines
• Accurately counting & identifying materials throughout the Materials area
• Interfacing work between all departments and handling & processing materials into and out of the area
• Operating all equipment in the Materials area including PITs, scales, hoists, etc.
• Setting up, adjusting and operating all secondary machining equipment (lathes, burr bench, centerless grind, facer)

• Previous similar experience preferred
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Good basic math skills
• Good computer skills
