• Monitor equipment to ensure products are assembled properly.
• Ensure the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials.
• Maintain an open line of communication with all employees.
• Address problems with production equipment and machinery and fix them as needed.
• Clean equipment and perform general housekeeping on the line.
• Remove faulty assembled polybags from the assembly line.
• Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Affix labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
• Set up box former, keep full of boxes, attend to glue pot and replenish.
• Oversee robot pickers and robot palletizers, choose recipes, adjust belting for box changes.
• Set up and adjust box taper and sticker machine, ensuring proper performance and material used/printed.
• Ensure that all production deadlines are met.
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors on equipment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math function.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 lbs.
• Safety mindset.
