Job Title: Team Leader
Location: Manitowoc

Hours:
6am - 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional overtime
We're looking for a Team Leader for our systems department to be the heartbeat of our production floor-ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your ideas matter and your impact is felt daily.
Key Responsibilities- Set-up jobs for the department
- Sort and locate parts to complete orders
- Serve as a material handler when needed
- Monitor daily production
- Coordinate the packaging/skidding of parts/items
- Support training of technicians
- Assist in any production cells as needed.
- Support the Lean Process Manager and production coordinators with conveying of goals, huddle information and helping with decisions related to job rotation
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Monitor safety concerns and participate in safety trainings.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Leadership or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and BPCS systems
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead others effectively
- Forklift Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manufacturing environment (non-climate controlled)
- Standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) required
- Exposure to loud noise and moving mechanical parts
- Occasional overtime
