Located on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan, our Manitowoc, WI facility is part of Kerry's Smoke & Grill Division, producing natural smoke ingredients for customers around the world. The Assistant Team Lead role is a great opportunity to expand your leadership experience while supporting daily production operations and helping lead a team of up to 15 employees. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-focused operations while building skills for future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and guide production employees to meet daily production goals
• Assist with daily production planning and coordination across departments
• Promote a safe, quality-focused, and team-oriented work environment
• Help drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
• Troubleshoot production issues and support problem resolution
• Act as backup to the Production Supervisor when needed

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to work a 4 on / 4 off schedule with 12-hour, night shifts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and communication skills
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Food manufacturing experience preferred

The hiring range for this position is $22.00-$30.14
per hour. Schedule: 4 On / 4 Off, 12-Hour Night Shifts
