Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
KDC is seeking a Change Over Crew in Manitowoc, WI to efficiently swap and restart production lines with a focus on safety and quality. You will perform line changeovers, washouts, and minor maintenance, while supporting engineers on new products and packaging starts.
Candidates should have 1–3 years in manufacturing, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Forklift experience is a plus and adherence to SOPs is essential.
