Looking for a rewarding career in machining? As a Machinist, you'll be responsible for setting up and optimizing production equipment to maximize efficiency and produce quality products. If you enjoy problem-solving, precision work, and making an impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule:- Friday
- Sunday - 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Work just 3 days per week
- 36 hours worked, paid for 40 hours
- Effectively communicate, verbally and written, in English
- Read and understand process sheets and work instructions in English
- Ability to hear
- Good vision including close vision, distant vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Create 3-5 Axis tool path utilizing Master Cam Software
- Determine methods, cutter types, and cutting parameters based on material design and specifications
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure quality and design objectives are achieved
- Design basic 3-D computer models, drawings and specifications for fabrication of tooling and machined elements
- Comply with ISO, IATF, and AS9100 standards when documenting machine setup
- Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and organization of equipment and tooling
- Other duties as assigned to ensure efficient operators
- Knowledge of machines and tools, production processes and design techniques
- Knowledge of Master Cam Software
- Knowledge of basic math applications
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to solve problems
Ability to maintain close attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
