Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

• Assemble customized server rack systems and metal enclosures using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Follow blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards to ensure products are built accurately.
• Load and unload metal components on the paint line to support production flow.
• Prepare metal parts by grinding, deburring, and inspecting components prior to assembly.
• Organize and stage materials and finished products for the next step in the manufacturing process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer and company specifications.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and general production support duties.
• Work safely and collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, or mechanical assembly is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to learn multiple manufacturing processes through cross‑training.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus.

This position is located in a modern manufacturing facility that produces customized server rack systems and related products for data centers. Employees work in a hands‑on environment that includes assembly stations, paint line operations, and production areas. Casual dress is permitted, and team members work closely together while using hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manitowoc, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.20 - $25.20/hr.
