MANITOWOC at our FROEDTERT HOLY FAMILY MEM HOSP facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 0.6

Shift: Shift 3 — Two 12-hour night shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation.

Plans, organizes, coordinates and provides direct nursing care for an identified group of patients according to specific standards.

Critical Care — At least one year experience in Med/Surg required. Prefer experience in ER and/or CCU nursing. ACLS required within first year of hire.

Emergency Services — At least one year experience in Med/Surg required. New graduates with Paramedic experience may be considered. ACLS within first year of hire. PALS and TNCC preferred.

Women’s and Children’s Center — None required. Prefer one year experience in Med/Surg, Pediatric and/or OB nursing. NRP certification required within first year of hire.

Specialty Float — At least one year experience in Med/Surg required. ER &/or CCU experience preferred. Floats between CCU, ER, and PACU. ACLS within first year of hire.

General Float — At least one year experience in Med/Surg. Floats between Med/Surg, Surgery Center and Post Partum. Medical/Surgical experience preferred.

Prep & Holding/PACU — Prefer at least two years experience in CCU, Cardiac Rehab, ER, or in Surgical Services nursing. ACLS within first year of hire.

Surgery Center/Special Procedures — Prefer two years experience in Med/Surg and/or Ortho nursing. Ambulatory Per-Anesthesia nursing certificate and ACLS preferred.

Surgical Services:
Operating Room — None required. Prefer two to three years experience in Surgical/Ortho and/or Operating Room nursing. Operating Room Nurse certificate preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license required. Excellent customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills required. BLS required.

Cancer Center — Minimum of 2 years RN experience required. Oncology experience preferred. BLS required on hire.

General Requirement — Current Wisconsin RN license; ACLS, BLS (AHA) or equivalent as required; ability to provide quality patient care and pursue continued professional development.
