Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

. Northridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team.

• $2.00 shift differential for PM and NOC shifts

• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

• Schedule: Rotating weekends required

Under the direction of nursing staff, CNAs will provide basic patient care, including but not limited to:

• Assisting with daily living activities

• Changing linens

• Transferring and transporting residents

• Feeding and grooming residents

• Providing compassionate, resident-centered care

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin (in good standing)

• Passion for working with the aging population

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work rotating weekends
