Shift: Shift 1

This position focuses on health care for individuals, families, groups, communities and populations in primary and specialty care outpatient clinics. It addresses the patient’s wellness, acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life needs in partnership and collaboration with other health care professionals. Responsibilities include patient advocacy, coordination of nursing and other health services, implementation of nursing services and continuity of care.

Provides patient education when needed.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required, and current unrestricted Wisconsin RN license required. At least one year medical/surgical nursing preferred. CPR certification required. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
