Registered Nurse (RN)
Join our clinical team at Complete Care in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The role is available for both full‑time (FT) and part‑time (PT) shifts, with a lucrative $7,500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time evening shift nurses.

- Conduct thorough and ongoing resident assessments; develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Prepare and administer medications and physician‑ordered treatments with strict adherence to protocols and the five rights of medication administration
- Transcribe and process new physician orders, promptly notifying pharmacy and interdisciplinary team
- Maintain meticulous, real‑time documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Provide clinical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to CNAs and LPNs on your unit
- Serve as the clinical first responder during emergencies, initiating and documenting all required protocols
- Collaborate seamlessly with all departments (dietary, rehabilitation, etc.) to achieve optimal resident outcomes and operational flow, following directives from the Director of Nursing (DON)
- Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
- Deep‑seated compassion and commitment to high‑quality geriatric and long‑term care
